Today is a day for letting go of limiting beliefs, for some internal clearing of dust and debris in the deep dark corners.
I do this by looking fairly closely at some of it and saying how did this get here, then Tap it out (Emotional Freedom Technique). I don’t blame, or shame or hold resentment for how this belief got there I just recognize the source or root of the belief, and then work on clearing it out.
For me I know when I have hit on something because I will feel a deep guttural feeling of something welling up in my throat. I have on occasion got physically ill. Its like I released a toxin from my body and then just like that it’s gone and I move forward with grace and ease.
Sorry for being so graphic but I just want to be clear that tapping is a quick easy to use tool but so to are brooms and mops but sometimes we have to get deep in the corners to really clear things out and if can’t see it or you refuse to look at the source you can’t really clear it up.
I feel lighter and looking forward to the day, have a great one, and remember anything is possible miracles are happening now.
