Today is a day to become a link between the past and a better future.

To work to let go of the generational baggage and conditioning. We hear all of our lives how we are a product of our upbringing and try as we might we can’t break free. This an untruth and we can be the change we want to see in the world.

History is full of people who quietly peacefully challenged this belief. They went within found their truth and then stood up and showed us a better way.

I too can be a transition person I can do this with love, compassion and understanding. No need to spend time lamenting about wrongs committed or throw blame around like its confetti. Just work on myself and choose a different path.
