Today is a day for honesty even when the opposite is easier.

There are days when it is tempting to be dishonest even if it’s foo myself. Experience tells me however that the better route is standing tall facing the truth and stepping into it. Like ripping off a bandaid make of lies and deception. to allow the air to heal a wound.

I will reming myself that “Courage is not the absence of fear, but rather the assessment that something else is more important than fear.”
