Today is a day to recognize that all struggles build strength.

I am stronger today because of the struggles I overcame in the past, and I will be stronger tomorrow with anything I overcome today. It doesn’t matter so much that I win every day but that I get back up and try again. I can’t control outcomes but I choose how I handle challenges, what I give my energy to and how I speak to myself.

So I make every effort to end my day with gratitude and loving forward to tomorrow’s brand new day with infinite possibilities.
