Today is day to convince myself that I am worthy.

Should I live in the past? Absolutely not. However, it might be beneficial to meditate and visit a past self. Sit her a while and let her know she did the best she could with the limited knowledge and resources that she had at the time. Let her know that she was always worthy and deserving.

Doing this should help me tremendously today. To reduce the times when I let my emotions get the better of me. A good question to ask myself when I am feeling overwhelmed, scared, unworthy or angry is how old do I feel right now. When I have the opportunity I could sit and close my eyes and think when was the first time I remember feeling this particular feeling. When I have done this I often have a vision pop into my mind from the past. I be mindful that this vision could be real or a created reality based on my perceptions at the time. That is the event or perception I need to clear and release in order to live with grace and ease today.
