Today is a day to dig deeper and secure my foundation...
To use this time of worldwide adversity to take the time to work on my own inner state of consciousness. To reflect on my own state of consciousness and how I am mentally meeting this challenge. There is real threat out there and for sure I need to do what I can protect, myself, my loved ones and the community at large. This does not mean that I have to become paralysed with fear and spend days living in an imagined future where chaos reigns. Times like this give us the opportunity to grow, should we decide to. We can’t do this from our comfort zone.
These is an old Sufi saying, “When the ego weeps for what is has lost, the spirit rejoices for what is has found”. So, I suggest to you that when you your mind becomes busy and full of fear take the time required to move out of the mind and connect again with your inner soul where you are safe, and you are okay. Make sure that while you a living on this earth that you are truly alive. Collette Baron-Reid spoke the other day about someone she had lost recently. She says we owe to those who cross over to live our best life in their honor. It would be a disservice to them to do otherwise.
If your foundation and walls were not strong enough you can still work on them now, it is never to late. So get to work dig deep and remember this too shall pass.
I ask you to find ways every day to bring yourself back to gratitude. This had helped me though many a trying time. I wish you joy, I wish you love and I wish you all peace.
Love and Light
