Today is a day to trust in my own power...

I have been putting off a task which should have been easy for me. However, every time I go to complete it fear wells up inside of me and I avoid it, then I would chastise and berate myself for being silly and irrational. 

I recently had someone coach me through it to see where the fear was coming from. I realized that this task feels like a test to me and the fear was a fear of judgement and failure to measure up. I got a flash of little girl staring at a test paper that was in front of her and how she felt. With some help from my coach I was able to see a brighter future release the fear and now I am ready to put this 10-minute task behind me. 

This will enable to move forward with my goals and begin to use the gifts and talents that have been bestowed upon me. The universe can only do so much then the rest is up to me. I have the power within I just need to believe it and use it for my highest good so I can better serve those around me.
