Today is a day to get back to basics.

To take a step back and decide where to focus. It is very easy to get caught up in the doing of tasks that we lose focus on our core values. The next thing we know we find ourselves pulled in many directions at once. It is then when we need to put our foot down and stop moving. Let the dust settle and take a good hard look at what fits with our values and discard the rest. Now we can move forward with grace and ease.
