Today is a day to think carefully about the power of words.

To carefully choose the ones that will convey my thoughts goals and ambitions the best. My mama always said “To think about the words I speak and keep them soft and sweet. You never know from day to day which ones you’ll have to eat.” Thanks for the tip, Mama. It is important to speak my truth while at the same time remembering the power of the words I choose. It okay to pause and take a breath before letting the words spill out.  I guess today is a day for taking breaths and choosing words wisely.
