Today is a day to recognize that as much as change can be a positive thing it can also be uncomfortable.

There is comfort in the familiar. However, there is no room for growth there. I will accept this turmoil of emotions that come with change knowing that this too shall pass and that my best life may be waiting just on the other side.  As I move forward, I will make every effort to take with me from this experience what can serve me as I move forward and leave the rest behind. Everything I need is on its way I live in abundance.
