Today is a day to speak up and be heard.

I am part of a bigger whole and I like to lament that my voice is seldom heard. Weird the things often not heard I never said for fear of speaking up and being rejected. Well silent I have 100% of not being heard and speaking is at best 50/50. However, when I speak up at least it is likely to start a conversation. That will surely feel better than the choice I am making now.
