Today is a day to practice the art of allowing what is.
If negative emotions come up allow them, feel them experience them and then let them go. From this place of allowing, I can move forward with grace and ease and a lightness in my step. I have never spent enough time with negative thoughts to improve my life, so it is time to quit trying. I suspect it will take a while to develop this new habit. I have faith that I can do it. Life is full of opportunities if I only turn around and look for them.
