I am feeling a bit down lately and I checked in with myself to see how old I am feeling right now, and I feel about 12 years old. As a twelve-year-old I feel I have no voice and life is often dictated to me. I am however an adult and have full responsibility for my life. I will stand up tall, speak my truth in a compassionate way and move forward with grace and ease.
