Hard work is said to be it’s own reward. The sense of accomplishment from a job well done, of moving closer your goal or completing a task.

Someitmes the result of my efforts stay around for a long time and others they are consumed or dissipate and need to be repeated again and again. Still most of the feelings of well being should come from doing the work.
