Today is a day to bend rather than push.

This moment shall pass like all the other moments before it. Fighting and raging against it won’t hurry it along and is a wasteful use of my energy. I must not get too caught in my own perceptions my own reality. I need to remind myself that I am just a spiritual being have a human experience, bumping into others doing the same. From time it s good to stop pushing forward with brute force and look around to see things from another point of view. Who knows what lesson I will receive due to this encounter. I have faith that my best life is just on the other side of my comfort zone. I will be better for having lived this day and taking the time to be open and willing to examine rather then discard what thought was trash. Any way tomorrow is a brand new day.
