Sometimes this means keeping them in check, so as not to have a huge burst of power then be left stuck in a rut. Now instead of moving forward I am waiting for my energy to be restored. It is more efficient to keep a steady pace. To stop every now and then and connect with my soul and let my batteries recharge. From this perspective there aint no mountain high enough that I can’t tackle.
