Today is a day to see the potential in those around us then share that vision with them.

To act as if they are capable of great things and say so. I know from experience that it can sometimes take one person believing we can do it to spark that belief in ourselves. I don’t know about you but I will harder to keep your trust in me than I will to earn it.

So the best way to thank those who showed faith in me and helped me see it for myself is to pay it forward.
