Today is a day to grateful for different perspectives.

We all see the world through different lenses which creates unique perspectives and ways of being. These are based on personality, life experiences and whom we surround ourselves with the most.

When I work on a big project I find It best to consult and work with people with many different perspectives in order to see all the possible challenges, find solutions and work together to see the project through. We don’t have to all agree but we do have to respect each other. This doesn't mean that we should work with everyone that shows up. We should however seek to understand then be understood. If after that if feels right then move forward together, if not then part company thank them for their input and move on.

We evolved because of our ability to work together as a group each of us having unique perspectives, gifts and talents.
