This is what I tell myself often throughout the day. This is especially useful if my mind chooses to venture down a path of lack and doom which is all too easy to do during these times. This reset takes but a moment to bring myself back to a place of hope and gratitude for what I have and what is on its way. Go ahead try it you might like it.
