With the help of another I was able to face some fears that I had, likely since high school and remove an obstacle that was blocking my path. Once I dug in, I couldn’t believe how easy it was, and I see now that I had allowed my mind to make a mountain out of a mole hill. Funny how that works when we allow fear to change our perception.

Well I am past that now thanks to some coaching from a trusted colleague and off I go full speed ahead.
