Today is a beautiful day, the sun is shining I am anticipating the warmth that should follow...

It is making me feel a bit anxious however that I am a bit behind in my garden preparations. Part of me knows this isn’t true, history tells me that winter may pop in a time or two before she relinquishes the earth to spring for good. I think what gardening teaches me is that everything has its time and rushing ahead usually only serves to have redo and spend more resources than is necessary. 

Instead of stressing out I will take a deep breath and enjoy this day for what it is, a sign that the season is changing and soon enough I will be able get to work and prepare for my bountiful harvest in the fall.
