Today is the day to find my rhythm…

The world feels all upside down right now and I find myself struggling to know which day if the week it is, what to do with my time and which way to turn. I was awoken at 2:22 this AM by my inner voice and it said Today is the day the to find your rhythm and I strongly felt that the way t so this was to start writing this blog again. Once I mentally agreed with my inner self, I was able to go back to sleep. My new rhythm will not match the one I had the one I had before. I feel it will be fresh, steady and have regenerative quality. I have no idea what the future holds, but I do know from past experiences that I have the power within me to move forward with family and friends with grace and ease. We just to remember to take a breath when we start to feel the overwhelm and connect the with the universal source from which we all came.
