Today is a day to trust in my power and follow my heart…

It is a day to quiet my mind and its often incessant chatter about what if’s and reasons why I should not start. Instead I will take a deep breath and just start moving in the direction that “feels right” and remember the following.

 Newton's first law of motion – sometimes referred to as the law of inertia states that an object at rest stays at rest, and an object in motion stays in motion with the same speed and in the same direction unless acted upon by an unbalanced force.
