Today is a day for letting go of some of that extra baggage we carry with me...

I so often think that it is necessary or it helps define me but really it slows me or even keeps me stuck. It can take a determined push to let it go but once done I  won't  believe I didn’t do it sooner. I will have to  stay alert though it may try and follow you for a bit, however I can be firm.
