Today is a day to pick myself up, dust myself off and carry on my way…

No one promised me this journey was going to be fair or easy. While most days everything is awesome, on occasion I run into a detour, rough weather or I stumble into something unpleasant. I just remind myself that I am a spiritual being have a human experience who occasionally runs into other spiritual beings having human experience. The only reality I need to overly concern myself with is mine.  I will look for the lesson in every experience and use this knowledge to continue on with grace and ease.
