Today is a day for choosing my words carefully.

Today is a day for choosing my words carefully. I will be mindful that I am truthful while at the same time being aware that words are powerful tools that leave a lasting imprint on others. The old saying sticks and stones will break my bones but words can never hurt me are not always true. I have found ways to heal from the word wounds of the past. These tools have also allowed me to deflect harmful words and energies back to their source or just off into space, doesn’t really matter where they go just as long my heart stays safe.
