Today is a day to be aware of my thoughts and be willing to make a U-turn if necessary. I am quick to do this when I am driving and don’t get all bent out of shape about it.  Often these quick turn arounds make the trip filled with even more fun and laughter. So I am going to lighten up when it comes to looking within at some long held beliefs and so called truths I have been carrying, and be willing to flip some of those things around.
