Today is a day to take some deep breaths relax and tap.

I still have days where I can get caught up in the stress and overwhelm. I experience events that trigger the almond in my brain to prepare for a possible threat by in a variety of ways, none of which seem helpful at the moment. On days such as these I am fortunate to have a bag of tools I can use to take back my power. These tools include EFT, Meditation, visualization and looking in the mirror while saying "I love you I really really love you and this too shall pass".
