Today is a day is to knuckle down and get to work.

I have no idea where that saying came from but I heard it a lot as a child. It is funny how those things we hear as children can stick with us. They have e the ability to help shape us and move us towards our best future or they can hold us back. Funny they are just words. I have spent a lot of time sifting through my mind choosing to keep only the words from my past that serve me and letting go of the others. I like that quirky phrase I imaging putting my knuckles in the ground like a sprinter in preparation to take off running. Bang and off I go.
