Today is a day to support my ability to make good decisions...
I have a few ways to do this. One is slow down hold one choice at a time in my mind and check in my body to see how it feels. Do I get a quiver in my stomach? Do my muscles tighten up? Do I naturally want to smile? Do I feel a lightness in my heart? Another thing I can do is myself some time, sleep on it, give it to god or the universe for a day or two then ask the question again and see what comes up. I could go for a mindful walk and the answer may come while I am thinking about each step connecting with the earth. Whatever tool I choose once the decision is made I will not look back but rather just move forward.
