Today is a day to hit the ground running....

I am recharged form my time at the sea. I soaked up every bit of awareness and beauty that I could for the week I was there. I will use that as fuel to move forward with grace and ease. I can still hear the persistence of the tide as it surges forward then pulls back to build up its strength again.
