Today is a day to know that the answers I seek are within me...

The Tao says to trust Tao and only the Tao to know the way of all things. I need to see myself as an example of this elusive paradox. Rather than running frantically around looking under every rock and over every hill I need only sit and focus on my breath and the answers will come to me.
