Today is a day to be thankful for the scars....

This dear little turtle used to have a huge chip on his shoulder. He was convinced that life was terrible and there was nothing he could to right the wrongs of the past. Then one day he had a moment of clarity and realized that he was the master of his thoughts and therefore the master of his happiness. Since that day he has travelled the road to enlightenment. The scar on his shoulder serves as a reminder that it is okay to acknowledge the past but he doesn't need to live there anymore.
