Today is a day to let go of the old and live in the now...

Change is always hard, even when we have a knowing that it is for our highest good. Very often we can still have a yearning for the familiar and the way things were. When the process of going through change gets too difficult for me I just remind myself that a caterpillar did not spend all the time in a chrysalis  just to emerge a caterpillar.
