Today is a day to send out kind vibrations to my family, friends, community and the world at large...

 I am able to do this by staying grounded and in touch with the source from which we all came. I also feel the guidance of those whom have returned to source energy before me. Now that I have learned to listen and remember that it is not always my job to change the world, but rather make sure the world does not change me.
