Scientists have discovered the benefits of making random lists; they can be about anything really. Just making the list has a positive effect on the brain. I found that when I choose to make a list of reasons for happiness then it is good for my heart as well. What a wonderful and grateful way to start my day. It is like adding some extra fuel to my tank.
