Today is a day for honesty and integrity with my words and actions. I have always believed in the power of words and their ability to harm or heal. I choose to make a conscious choice to create beauty and love with my words and follow those words with action. As a species we have accomplished great things because of our ability to speak, write and communicate, but we have also used that same gift to destroy, tear down and spread hate. If each of us decide to respect and cherish this gift of communication and use it to lift each other up to highest selves what an enlightened world this would be.
