Today is a day for working on being still and slowing down. This is a really hard one for me I like to be moving all the time and usually quite quickly. Every now and then I get this feeling that over the great expanse of time that my own time here on earth is so short and I have so much to accomplish. However Lao Tzu tells us “To the mind that is still the whole universe surrenders”.
