continuing to improve my spiritual health

Today is a day for continuing to improve my spiritual health. One way to do this is to live in present moment and focus on what I can to improve my thoughts now, at this time. I will be gentle with myself when old habits and ways of thinking pop up, and I will say the following phrase to my inner self  “ I wish you peace, I wish you health, I wish you joy”, and then I will move on with my day.
