building immunity to negative thoughts

Today is a day to build my immunity to negative thoughts. I think the best way to do this is to nourish my soul and my mind with good food that has been selected for it’s wholesomeness. Like making choices about healthy food this will take some willpower and determination at first but over time I will make better choices as a habit, and negative thoughts will not find that they are welcome to stay.
